Slammin’ Graham PBJ Nachos
Makes: 5 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. jelly, reduced sugar
- 5 graham cracker rectangles (full sheet)
- ¼ C. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. honey
- ¼ C. apples, chopped
- 2 tbsp. raisins
- 1 tbsp. walnuts, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Break graham cracker rectangles in half to make 10 squares. Spread graham crackers out on a plate. Spread jelly on each graham cracker square.
- In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 20 to 30 seconds until melted.
- Drizzle peanut butter mixture over graham crackers.
- Top nachos with apples, raisins, and walnuts.
