Elizabeth Hale, fourth from right, recently donated more than 20 instruments to Batson Children’s Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. Hale’s Miracle of Music community service project was part of her experience in the Leadership Lauderdale Youth 4-H Club. The project was dedicated to the memory of Allie Carruth, a patient at the hospital and the daughter of Hale’s art teacher, Leslie Carruth.
